At Faurie, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We work with the very best New Zealand, Australian and international delivery providers who align with our ethos and expectations of the very best customer service. 


At times, there may be variables with shipping and delivery times that are completely out of our control. Be assured that we will keep you informed and up to date with any delivery delays.


Here are some things that you need to know when ordering from Faurie:

  1. Our courier can deliver to a physical address only.
  2. We are not liable for the loss of any goods once the product has left our premises.
  3. If you provide an incorrect address or the courier company is otherwise unable to deliver the goods for any reason, the courier will return the goods to Faurie Limited, 17 Tihi Street, Stonefields,  Auckland 1072, New Zealand or as otherwise notified by Faurie to the courier from time to time.
  4. The cost of re-delivery of any goods due to the provision of an incorrect address will be for the customer's account.
  5. Deliveries can take anything from 2-10 working days to be delivered to anywhere in New Zealand, depending on your location.
  6. Delivery time frames for Australia 7-10 working days
  7. International delivery times vary from region to region, but typically can be expected between 10-21 working days
  8. Faurie is not liable for any customs duties or any other related taxes or fees related to your purchase of goods.
  9. Products are shipped by tracked courier service.
  10. FREE SHIPPING for all NZ orders over $199.
