REFUNDS AND RETURNS

While Faurie undertakes to provide the highest quality products, we know that buying a garment online without the option to try it on first can be daunting.

Please be assured that we will do everything we can to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your Faurie. purchase.

In the event that you need a different size or are not satisfied with the product in any way, we will assist you with a new size or provide you with a store credit for your returned product.

Faurie Refunds and Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you wish to return an item please contact us at seek@faurie.co.nz.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return,

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all labels still intact
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.
  • You will also need provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if the item is not what was ordered, or damaged in any way,  so that we can evaluate the issue and attend to it immediately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
